The Gardens at Eastside is proud to be affiliated with the Greenville Hospital System. This relationship establishes a support system for residents in need of services, such as primary and specialty medical care, hospice, home health, etc.

Geriatric Specialist on Site

In a partnership with the Greenville Hospital System Geriatric Services, The Gardens at Eastside residents have access to GHS Geriatric Physicians in the comfort of their own surroundings. Additionally, these physician consultations are supported by routine Nurse Practitioner visits by a GHS Nurse Practitioner. Residents are assured that they receive the most appropriate and effective care.

Veterans’ Administration

The Gardens at Eastside is glad to assist residents with obtaining potential VA benefits.

Assisted Living…Eastside Apartment Homes

The Gardens at Eastside’s assisted living apartment homes are designed to promote maximum independence while offering tiered supportive services to allow the resident to choose and pay for only the services that are needed.

Alzheimer’s/Dementia Program…Lantana

A neighborhood that provides programming and care specifically designed for those with Alzheimer’s disease and memory loss disorders. Alzheimer’s Association grants may be obtained for this unit.

Rehabilitation/Restorative Care…Dogwood

A specialized neighborhood for short term recovery and long term maintenance or restorative care for diseases such as Parkinson’s, Multiple Sclerosis, Muscular Dystrophy and other neurological disorders.

Cyber Seniors Program

With our Cyber Seniors Program, we provide assistance to residents who want to keep in touch with friends and family on a regular basis via email. We teach the fundamentals of computers and provide our residents with the tools to send and receive email.
