The Lantana Program

The Lantana Program at The Gardens at Eastside is designed for residents with Alzheimer’s disease and other dementia-related conditions who need structure, routine, redirection and guidance. The Lantana environment allows a resident to function with some measure of independence, while remaining under supervision. The program features:

  • Dedicated Evergreen Program Coordinator
  • A custom-designed neighborhood with its own dining, living and activities areas
  • Outdoor patio with walking paths and flower garden
  • Individual plan of care for each resident
  • Trained, caring staff
  • Medication management
  • Engaging and structured activities routine which integrates daily tasks of living from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, daily
  • Monthly family support program endorsed by the Alzheimer’s Association
  • Incontinence management (to include additional laundry and bathing as needed)
  • Rates starting at $2,800 per month for a companion suite
